NSWAbout the roleReporting to the Senior Nurse and working closely with College leadership, you'll help ensure the Health Centre operates safely, efficiently and provides a high standard of care.Your responsibilities will include:Providing nursing and first aid care to students and staffSupporting boarding students with their health needs, including on-call requirements where necessaryManaging student medical histories and health alertsSupporting students with conditions including asthma, diabetes, allergies and other ongoing health requirementsMedication management and administration in accordance with policyResponding to illness, injury and medical emergenciesMaintaining accurate and confidential medical recordsLiaising with parents, boarding staff, medical practitioners and external health servicesCoordinating medical appointments and supporting student transport when requiredSupporting child safeguarding and mandatory reporting obligationsMaintaining first aid equipment and medical suppliesSupporting immunisation and preventative health programsDeveloping and delivering age-appropriate health education programsSupporting staff first aid trainingMaintaining Health Centre policies,
