This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.Purpose of the Role:Provide administration support to the team for the day-to-day operation of the Commercial Department.Qualifications:Cert III In Business Administration – Preferred but not essentialWhite CardExperience:A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a construction environmentPrevious administration experience, including use of office equipment, such as; scanners, photocopiers and printers etc.Solid technical writing and communication skillsStrong data management, analytical, interpersonal and organisational skillsSound negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong Initiative and proactive natureExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWell-developed time management skillsHigh attention to detailExceptional knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel,
Outlook and PowerPointCore Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the relevant Commercial team including flow of correspondence into and out of the officeMaintaining various registers and spreadsheets, including creating and maintaining e-filing and hard filing systemsAssist in preparing, formatting and collating reports and presentationsManage meeting room bookings, room set up, attendance, catering, equipmentReconciling and processing invoicesCommunicating with subcontractors and suppliers regarding correspondence and outstanding itemsAssisting in the month-end processCoordinate site meetings, calendars, events, site tours/visits, documenting meeting minutes and other duties related to project managementMeet/greet and provide assistance to clients and visitors in a professional manner, including telephone and email enquiriesProvide an effective and professional administrative service to enable the smooth running of the projectThe above listed authorities & responsibilities are only a guide and may change as directed by your Manager/Supervisor or as per the requirements of FGJV Management.As an employee you will be eligible to participate in a number of additional employee benefits.
