The Store Manager will work alongside their team to create a profitable business and ensure smooth and effective daily running of the store.The Store Manager will be responsible for:Providing customer care by ensuring customers are welcomed in, are provided with product knowledge, advice and history and leave the store with a positive experienceActively selling products and developing relationships with new and existing customersOverseeing and contributing to sales targets and KPIsStaff management including training, motivating to achieve sales targets, managing probationsRecruitment and staffing for storeCompleting store rostersCompleting staff inductions and appraisalsStore administrationMonitor loss preventionWhat we offerRetail Clothing - head to boots!
