We are a manufacturer and/or repairer for skip loader, hook lifters, truck mounted cranes and Hammar side lift trailers since ****.About the role:We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven parts interpreter to join our team, located in Mulgrave near Windsor/Hawkesbury area in Sydney.
You will work within a dynamic team and be part of a sustainable company that is one of the market leaders in the service of truck mounted cranes, loaders, and waste lifting equipment.
The main purpose of the position is to provide efficient and friendly spare parts service, purchasing, ensure effective warehouse inventory management, accuracy and factory utilisations can be accounted for at all times.Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri - with overtime availableResponsibilities:Deliver a high level of customer serviceEfficient parts interpreting for both service agents and trade customersQuoting & ordering of parts,



and its data entryMaintain part number and locations integrityMaintain visual display of part numbers and organising parts storage on shelvesEnsure parts movement is always in a neat and efficient mannerInvestigate any stock discrepancies, assist in adjustment of stock as requiredAssist in picking and packing, organising freight.Relieve procurement and receipting staff when requiredAll variances are confirmed, investigated, and reported accordinglyEnsure POs, SOs, PO receipts are up to date at all timesWarranty register data entryQualifications and Experience required:High level of accuracy in data entryStrong attention details in investigating discrepancies.3 - 5 years previous warehousing experiences are highly regardedDemonstrated Inventory software experience is highly regardedExperience in Greentree or other ERP software is highly regarded but not essentialWhat we offer:Study support would be provided for relevant qualifications or certificatesGreat potential and opportunity to grow internallyDynamic and supportive team in a great work environment.
