This role offers flexibility and is suited to those who can step in during periods of peak operational demand, and coverage for periods of leave and absences.
While shifts are not guaranteed on a regular schedule, we are looking for team members who can be available for up to full-time hours, particularly during training, busy periods, and other operational needs.We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and the ability to positively influence team culture.

This role is a chance to be part of that change.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Operations Coordination Centre (HOCC), this role places you at the centre of airline operations: coordinating flights, managing disruptions, and keeping our network running smoothly.You'll also have the opportunity to develop and refine operational tools, processes, and systems to drive efficiency, improve workflows,



and help modernise the way the team operates.What You Will DoManage flight coordination - keeping our network running smoothly.Prepare & distribute key operational documents - ensure accurate, efficient communication.Monitor flights & lead disruption management - make critical decisions under pressure.Engage with pilots, ground staff, leadership & external stakeholders - ensuring smooth collaboration.Develop and improve operational tools & workflows - introduce smarter, more efficient ways of working.Why Join Us?
