You'll play a key role in setting up our new venues for success while supporting our existing teams to continuously improve.You'll Be Responsible ForLeading training for exciting recent venue openings across SydneySupporting recruitment, onboarding and training of recent venue teamsCreating engaging training plans, workshops and learning resourcesCoaching Venue General Managers and teams to build confidence, capability and consistencySupporting food safety, compliance and operational excellence across venuesCompleting venue audits to maintain our high standardsRolling out new systems,
