particularly ExcelMandarin language skills are preferred due to regular communication with the China office and suppliersKey ResponsibilitiesAccurately process stock receipts and FOB supplier invoices in MYOBAssist with purchase order planning and inventory coordinationMaintain and update Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in MYOBSupport order tracking, supplier follow-up and inventory updatesLiaise with internal teams and overseas suppliers to ensure orders are processed accurately and on timeProvide general supply chain and administrative support across the businessAssist with other supply chain and operational activities as requiredAbout the companyOur client is going from strength to strength with their e-commerce presence with major retail partners, and their online channels are sustaining significant growth.
