Unlike many traditional claims positions, this role gives you full ownership of a portfolio from lodgement through to settlement.
You'll manage a diverse range of claims across motor, property, and risks, with exposure to everything from straightforward matters through to complex property losses valued at up to $5 million.
This is a role for someone who enjoys investigating, analysing information, making decisions, and solving problems rather than simply processing claims.
As a Claims Specialist, you will:
Manage a portfolio of approximately ******* claims end-to-endConduct investigations, policy interpretation and coverage analysisNegotiate settlements and determine policy liability and exclusionsHandle complex motor, property and farm-related claimsBuild strong relationships with brokers,



customers and external stakeholdersWork collaboratively across Claims, Underwriting and the wider businessDeliver fair, efficient and customer-focused outcomesTake ownership of claims decisions and drive outcomes from start to finish
You'll work directly with brokers and stakeholders, developing robust relationships and becoming a trusted advisor throughout the claims process.
What We're Looking For
