This role will be servicing our client in Coffs Harbour.
Supporting the Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in the delivery of facilities management services across a diverse property portfolio throughout New South Wales.
This role combines strategic asset management, contractor management, maintenance delivery and stakeholder delivery of preventative and reactive maintenance programs across multiple sites.
If you're passionate about customer service, operational performance and facilities management, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact and enhance outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day facilities management operations across a diverse property portfolioDeliver asset lifecycle management initiatives and support strategic asset planningOversee planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure contractual complianceManage contractor performance, procurement activities and service delivery outcomesMonitor work orders, approvals, quotations, invoices and purchase ordersConduct site inspections and property condition audits across the portfolio in Coffs HarbourSupport environmental, compliance and safety initiatives across all sitesInvestigate and resolve escalations while maintaining exceptional customer servicePrepare monthly reports,
meeting minutes and operational updatesIdentify opportunities for innovation, cost savings and continuous improvementBuild strong relationships with clients, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholdersSupport emergency response activities and critical incident management when requiredAbout YouExperience managing facilities services across multi-site property portfoliosStrong client relationship and stakeholder management experienceDemonstrated contractor and supplier management capabilityStrong administration and systems capability within facilities or property environmentsExperience managing maintenance programs, budgets and asset lifecycle activitiesStrong commercial awareness and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, negotiation and customer service skillsAbility to work autonomously while managing multiple competing prioritiesSelf-motivated, adaptable and solutions-focusedRelevant facilities management, building services or property qualification highly regardedAbout Cushman & WakefieldCushman & Wakefield is a global leader in commercial real estate services, with 50,000+ employees across 60 countries.
