Kenilworth Dairies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Operator.
This role is Monday to Friday and is based in Kenilworth QLD ****.
As Dispatch Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products through our warehouse and distribution network.
You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing logistics schedules, and maintaining accurate records to support our operational excellence and customer satisfaction objectives.Key responsibilitiesLoad and unload shipments with a forklift, and move stock and packaging materials around the factory sitePrepare shipping documents, manifests and delivery notes with precision and accuracyCommunicate with drivers, warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery requirements and schedulesVerify product quantities and conditions before dispatch to ensure orders are complete and correctCoordinate with warehouse teams to prioritise loading sequences and optimise vehicle space utilisationResolve delivery issues and discrepancies, escalating concerns as needed to managementEnsure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations in all dispatch operationsSupport the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costsWhat we're looking forA valid forklift licence (and MR licence would be advantageous)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
