This role exists to:Support that teamLearn the sales process from the ground upGradually take ownership of your own clients and territoryYou'll be trained, supported, and challenged — with a clear pathway into a senior sales role.This role is for you if:You genuinely care about agriculture and rural AustraliaYou've worked on, around, or with farms, stations, or ag businesses(family background, previous roles, study, or hands-on experience)You want to build a long-term career in agricultural salesYou're coachable, curious, and not afraid to pick up the phoneYou don't need years of sales experience — but you do need the right attitude.What you'll be doing:Managing and qualifying inbound enquiries and CRM updatesSupporting senior sales consultants with client follow-up and preparationParticipating in calls,
