Acting as an 'in house' HR function, you will lead the delivery of an entire HR function for SME's whilst acting as a trusted advisor to aid business growth.
To this end,



you will...Lead weekly/fortnightly client meetings and employee discussionsCoordinate employee performance improvement and disciplinary actionSupport the HR Team with recruitment related tasks (when required)Set various annual HR strategies and review existing documents + processesAttend client sites on a fortnightly or monthly basis (VIC Only)The Right PersonWe are seeking someone who has prior HR experience and the skillset to be 'forward thinking' in their approach to work.
Proactive HR and identifying issues before they arise is key, as is the successful candidates ability to manage various stakeholder relationships.In addition, the position requires:3+ Years of HR Generalist experience within a quick paced organisationStrong time management and attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skillsA positive, friendly and outgoing personalityAn ability to learn fast and remain organisedA passion for people and desire to help others by being solutions focusedPrior consulting experience is preferred, however not essential.
