Start ASAPAbout the role:Complete detailed inspection reportsAssist Service Supervisors with scoping of hazard and fault resolutionUndertake routine and annual inspections of BMU (Building maintenance units) and fall arrest systemsPerform maintenance tasks (e.g. re-greasing, oil changes, wire rope changes) in accordance with equipment manufacturers' instructionsDiagnose and repair faults on inoperable and malfunctioning BMUs with particular focus on electrical sub-systemsUndertake major inspections of BMUsLead BMU refurbishment site activitiesAssist with the installation of BMUs,



fall-arrest and other vertical access equipmentUndertake and approve BMU commissioning (and recommissioning)Skills and experience:Experience with cranes / lifts / hoists / EWPs or other access equipment.Work Safely at heights (RIIWHS204E)(NSW) Electrician's license (unrestricted, or fitting work only)$60 p/h – 65 p/h based on experienceBased on a 40-hour week with RDO + overtime + penalty rates, fully maintained company vehicleShift times - 7:*******:00.
