We are looking for a professional, organised, and motivated Client Services Officer to join our friendly team.Client Services OfficerAs the Client Services Officer you will be responsible for the seamless delivery of service, advice implementation, administration and ongoing client engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.Your duties will include the following;Support the Adviser with preparation of Advice documentsClient Onboarding – Managing applications and tracking implementationMaintain accurate client information in CRM softwareDocument preparation and processing with precisionHandling Client enquiries,



delivering exceptional service with professionalismLiaising with clients and product providers on the progress of applications and implementation of adviceMaintain Compliance & Regulatory requirements across all areasReception relief as requiredMinimum 1-2 years of experience in the finance sector or client support roleCommitment to service excellenceStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsDetail oriented, versatile and adaptableProven high level of organisation/prioritisation capabilityAbility to work effectively in a teamAustralian work rights are required for this positionPrevious experience in Financial PlanningExperience using Xplan and Investment platforms
