you'll bring:Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality leadership roleA natural leadership style grounded in respect and integrityStrong operational knowledge of running a busy hotel, pub or hospitality venueExperience coaching, inspiring and developing teamsConfidence working with TAB, wagering and gaming operationsFlexibility to work nights, weekends and peak trade periodsA passion for hospitality and a commitment to continuous improvementA collaborative mindset, believing we achieve more when we're better togetherCurrent RSA, RCG and ARCG competency cardsStrong understanding of compliance and operational standardsAbility to maintain and uphold policies, procedures and service expectationsWhy Work With Sonnel?
