Flexibility to work under a hybrid model is available during term breaks.The People & Culture Coordinator provides responsive, practical HR advice and generalist support across the College, leading the delivery of HR operations and administration, managing cyclical HR activities, and supporting workforce needs through effective stakeholder engagement.The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to people projects across the full employee lifecycle, whether you are passionate about onboarding and induction, engagement, learning and development, retention, offboarding and advocacy, or all of the above.ABOUT YOUYou are a qualified HR generalist who has previous experience in, or is passionate about, contributing to a community-led environment.You are customer-focused and take pride in delivering a positive stakeholder experience.
With strong organisational skills, you can effectively manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR service delivery.Your proactive and positive approach underpins all that you do and your savvy administration skills are demonstrated by structured, professional and productive work practices.
