The role is based in our Chadstone Office in Melbourne.About The RoleAs an Order Fulfilment & Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the key contact for managing customer orders end‐to‐end, ensuring a seamless experience from order entry through to delivery.
You'll work closely with warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and account management teams to ensure everything goes to plan—accurately, on time, and with exceptional service.You'll manage customer enquiries across email and phone, monitor stock availability, communicate lead times, and proactively address any issues impacting DIFOT performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full order fulfilment process, including proactive communication with customers and stakeholdersProcess customer orders and queries accurately to ensure Delivery in Full, On Time (DIFOT)Maintain accurate customer pricing, special conditions, and order notesOversee the customer service & claims inbox, ensuring all enquiries are actioned promptly and professionallyPartner with warehouse, logistics,
