This is a hands‐on position based in Coffs Harbour Jetty, NSW, where you will be responsible for the qualified installation and fitting of windows, glass panels, and glazing systems across residential and commercial projects.
As a critical member of our building trades team, you will ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications, contributing directly to the quality and reputation of our company.Key responsibilitiesMeasure, cut, and install windows and glass panels to precise specifications and building requirementsPrepare surfaces and frames, ensuring they are clean, level, and ready for installationApply sealants, caulking, and weatherproofing materials to ensure durability and water‐tightnessHandle and transport glazing materials safely, following appropriate health and safety protocolsOperate and maintain specialised glazing tools and equipmentInspect completed installations to verify quality, fit, and finish meet project standardsMaintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to site safety regulations and industry best practicesWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Window Installer or GlazierComprehensive knowledge of window and glass installation techniques, materials, and industry standardsCompetency in reading and interpreting building plans, blueprints,
