You will be moving across various sites throughout the day, including Retail & hospitality whilst also building and maintaining strong relationships with our operating partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUndertake all aspects of the of general property maintenance and upkeep.
Including but not limited to – patching and painting, rubbish removal, gardening.Inspect and arrange the inspection, maintenance and repair of toolsPlan and manage venues based on priority of worksProvide efficient and effective customer serviceEnsure all works are compliant to Australian standardSKILLS & EXPERIENCEConstruction Induction Card (White Card) preferredStrong, effective communication skills (verbal)Exceptional organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to adhere to administration systemsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamAble to work on their own or as part of a team
