You'll work with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings to make a genuine difference in people's lives.You will:Provide speech supervision to your team members and allied health assistants, facilitating therapy plansProvide speech pathology assessment and intervention services tailored to each client's goalsSupport communication, speech, social skills, eating and drinking, and inclusion within everyday environmentsWork within specialist areas including AAC,



dysphagia, and mealtime managementComplete reports and diagnostic assessments to support funding, plan reviews, and diagnosesCollaborate with families, schools, support coordinators, and allied health professionalsDeliver services across community, home, and clinic settingsWe welcome Sub-contractors, full-time and part-time applicants.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Compassionate, motivated, and passionate about making a meaningful impactCommitted to ethical, client-centred practiceExcited to continue learning and developing professionallyLooking for a long‐term role with career progression opportunitiesA strong communicator and team player who values collaborationPassionate about working within the disability and aged care and allied health spaceExperience is welcomed; however, new graduates with SPA registration are strongly encouraged to apply, as we have these opportunities as well.We offer exceptional supervision and mentoring from experienced clinicians who genuinely care about your growth.
