They are seeking an analytical Commissions Analyst to join their commercial finance team.
This role will deliver on streamlining commissions and reporting across ANZ to support business development and sales activity.
Key responsibilities include:Preparation of commissions and bonuses for senior sales leadersDevelop internal business reports and specificationsAssist in developing financial assumptions and calculations based on the business strategic initiativesAssist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecastingAssist on financial month end tasks on commentary reporting and reviewsImprovement and automation of manual commissions templates and Excel filesData analysis and optimisation of the way data is collectedProvide support to the Commercial Finance team and other stakeholders within the businessMy client is a large, highly reputable company based in Sydney CBD.

You have strong analytical skills, familiarity with FP&A; processes and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential to succeed in the role.This is a permanent, full time office based role in Sydney CBD.
