Ever Lodges & Camps Pty Ltd – Cape Tribulation QLDAs a Lodge Presentation Supervisor, you'll oversee and elevate the visual, sensory, and functional presentation of the lodge at Bloomfield.You'll lead a team of Lodge Presentation Attendants, ensuring every guest-facing space reflects and embodies Ever's standard of care, calm, and excellence.
With the help of your team and through immaculate presentation, you'll shape how guests experience and remember the Ever brand.You'll manage room readiness, turnover workflows, inventory systems, and team training, while coordinating closely with the Guest Experience, Culinary, and Lodge teams to ensure seamless transitions throughout the day.You'll set the standard, embed it in your team, and be the person on property who catches what others walk past.Your key responsibilitiesBefore a guest sets foot in a space, you've already been there.
