In this role, you will oversee and manage onsite projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines while strictly adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.You will be the face of Uniplan on-site, directly interacting with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
This means you'll need to be well-presented, professional, and committed to maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.Travel Required:

Key Responsibilities:Site SupervisionIdentify short falls in site materials and Liaise with Purchasing and/or Project Manager to procure supplies to keep the site team goingEnsure that all work and processes are carried out to the requirements of relevant drawings, specifications, and proceduresFoster a culture of excellence within the site team to continually raise the standard through mentorship and leadershipProvide support to Junior team members with any TAFE help they may requireMaintain a culture of appreciation and site team engagementDirect and guide the site team in the understanding of site-specific requirementsSupervise workmanship ensuring that work and quality requirements are metAttend pre-construction site meetings with contractors and others as requiredIf directed by the project manager undertake site visits of potential projects sitesAttend various sites to undertake defect inspections prior to client handoversUndertake various errands as requested by the Project ManagerRepresent the company in a professional manor meeting with clients to complete handover inspections using the iAuditor appExtended stays away onsite as required by the projectWHSWork with HSE and Project Manager to ensure health, safety and environment risks are identified,



prioritised and risk mitigation strategies in place.Ensure work is conducted in compliance with the Safety and Health Management Plan and specific site requirements, and help identify where gaps exist and suggest options to rectifyIdentify behavioural issues related to health and safety and manage behavioural change through communications and leadership.Spend regular quality time on the site observing activities and demonstrating safety leadershipReport any hazards or incidents and near misses involving yourself or others through the Worx app.Enforce WHS standards and regulations.Monitor high risk work to ensure it is being carried out in accordance with SWMSConduct daily pre-start meetingsCo-ordinate multiple trades to ensure seamless integration and overlap onsiteInduct all personal onto projectsitesEnsure risk assessments have been completed for high-risk activitiesCollect SWMS from all trades conducting high risk activitiesObtain copies of relevant licences and construction induction cards from site personnelEnsure the safety of the public around our sites.
Ensure the site fencing is closed when needed and locked of an afternoon/nightDesired Skills and ExperienceSkills And Experience:Proven experience in Site SupervisionExcellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersStrong understanding of the building industryAbility to analyse market trends and implement cost-saving initiativesProficient in using WHS management systemsand MS Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsGood communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively within a team as well as independentlySafety and Compliance KnowledgeProject Management ExpertiseTechnical ProficiencyAdaptability and FlexibilityIf you feel you fit the job description and possess the skills required to succeed in this role, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career with a company that values innovation, teamwork, and growth.
