Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionBuilders Labourer – Casual / Full-Time Statewide Trade Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable, hardworking and motivated Builders Labourer to join our growing team on a casual/full-time basis.
We undertake a wide range of building and construction works throughout Geelong and surrounding areas, including concreting, carpentry, formwork, fencing, earthworks, site preparation and general construction works.
About the RoleThe successful applicant will work alongside our tradespeople and assist with a variety of building and construction activities, including:General building and construction labouringAssisting carpenters and concretersConcrete preparation, placement and clean-upFormwork and reinforcement preparationFencing installationEarthworks and site preparationLoading and unloading materials, tools and equipmentMaintaining clean, organised and safe worksitesUsing hand and power tools where appropriately trainedAssisting with machinery and equipmentDriving company trucks and vehicles between the factory, suppliers and worksites during work hoursWhat We're Looking For We are looking for someone who:Is hardworking,



reliable and punctualHas a positive attitude and is willing to learnCan follow instructions and work well as part of a teamIs physically capable of performing construction labouring dutiesTakes pride in their workHas a solid awareness of workplace health and safety practicesIs willing to work across different areas of the building and construction industrySome previous building and construction knowledge or experience is preferable but not essential.

Licence & RequirementsMust hold a current and valid Victorian Driver LicenceMust be legally permitted to drive the company vehicles required for the roleConstruction White Card requiredThe successful applicant will be required to drive company trucks and vehicles during work hours, including travelling between worksites, suppliers and the company factory.
Tools Company power tools and equipment are supplied.
Employees are encouraged to bring their own basic hand tools where possible, such as a nail/tool bag, hammer, tape measure, pencils/markers and other basic personal hand tools, however this is not essential.
