efficiently and to project requirementsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Minimum 5 years' experience as a Leading HandStrong background in civil constructionIdeally, previous experience working on roads projectsSound understanding of HSE and site safety requirementsKnowledge of traffic managementAbility to read and interpret day plans and work schedulesProven experience allocating work and managing small teamsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively with Supervisors, Project Managers and clientsA proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independentlyAdditional information$50 per hour + penaltiesLong term on-going position with a large civil contractor10 hour days Monday - Friday
