We're partnering with a well-established and respected commercial fitout & joinery contractor to recruit an Estimator who enjoys working on diverse projects and being part of a cooperative, high-performing team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality workplace, retail, hospitality, education and commercial interior projects across Queensland.The Role:You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders and quotations, working autonomously while managing projects end-to-end — from initial pricing and submission through to award and final handover.Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial fitout and joinery projectsReviewing drawings,



specifications and scope documentationPerforming material take-offs, labour and supplier pricing and subcontractor comparisonsWorking closely with project managers, designers and production teamIdentifying value engineering opportunitiesAbout You:To succeed in this role you will bring a strong understanding of commercial fitout and/or custom joinery and cabinetry.Previous experience estimating commercial fitouts, shopfitting or interiorsExperience pricing commercial fitout projects or joinery packagesAbility to interpret architectural drawings and specificationsExcellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills
