You are passionate aboutyour profession and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge.As an Aquatic Operations Officer you will work as part of apassionate team at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre(MARC), one of the premier sporting facilities in Western Australiasupporting programs and services for the local community.In this role you will be primarily responsible for thesuccessful operations of the Aquatic component of the Centre on a aday-to-day basis.This position provides earning potential of approximately$88,000 - $97,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending onrostered hours and applicable penalties.
Listed below:10% loading for applicable weekday earlyand late shifts;25% loading for Saturdays worked; and50% loading for Sundays worked.To be successful in this role, you willneed:WA Pool Operations Competency Certificate orequivalentLeisure Institute of WA Aquatics AccreditationandCurrent MembershipMinimum of 3 years previous experience in a similarpositionCurrent Royal Life Saving Society Pool LifeguardAwardProvideFirst Aid CertificateNational Police Clearance(less than 6 monthsold)Current Working with Children ClearanceKnowledge of all legislation and regulations for theoperation of an Aquatic and Recreation Centrein WesternAustraliaPrevious experience in the supervision and development ofstaffPrevious experience of Recreation Industry particularlywith current trends, programs and initiatives relevant tooperating Aquatic Recreation Centre.For more information about the role please refer to theposition description.How to applySound exactly like the sort of role for you?
