results and priorities with the teamMonitor key performance metrics and take action where requiredEnsure merchandising, ticketing, promotional and operational standards are maintainedMaintain accountability for inventory, compliance and store presentationCreate a positive team culture built on accountability and collaborationSupport customers on the sales floor through product demonstrations and sales conversations when requiredAbout YouTo be successful, you'll likely bring:Previous Store Manager experience within a retail environmentDemonstrated experience managing underperformance and coaching team members to improve resultsA track record of achieving sales and operational targetsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA hands on leadership style and genuine passion for customer serviceThe ability to balance team engagement with accountability and performance expectationsExperience within consumer electronics, technology retail or other customer focused retail environments will be highly regarded.
