Commercial Conveyancing with Broader Property ExposureThis is a great opportunity for a Conveyancer who enjoys running their own matters but wants more variety and stronger exposure to commercial property work.You will join a growing, client-focused practice where the majority of conveyancing work is commercial, working closely with the Principal across a broad range of property transactions.
There is also some residential conveyancing, making this suitable for an experienced commercial conveyancer or a strong residential conveyancer looking to broaden their experience.The role offers plenty of autonomy, direct involvement in matters from start to finish and the prospect to work across the firm's wider property and commercial practice.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing your own conveyancing matters through to settlement, including:Managing commercial and residential conveyancing files from instruction to completionPreparing and reviewing contracts, transfer documentation and disclosure statementsLiaising with clients, agents, solicitors and other stakeholdersManaging key dates,
