Those with a strong customer service background coupled with a Security License are encouraged to apply.Locations: Moorooka, QLDWe have a full time position with rotational day and night shifts- *********, *********Key TasksProvide a security service in line with the site SOP's and customer requirements in order to protect the customer's employees, property and other assets.Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.Deliver a consistently high-end, accurate and discreet Security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s).
Ensure the safety and protection of customer's people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment.Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customer always.Deal with queries from the public,



customers/visitors and employees.Minimum RequirementsDesired Skills and ExperienceMust have a valid Security LicenseAbility to uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and HelpfulnessExcellent communication skillsBe able to work independently, self -aware, motivated as well as part able to work as part of the teamBe punctual and reliableBe proactive, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentialityExperience in a concierge/hosting/customer facing rolePrevious security workplace experience and/or security awareness trainingWhy Join Securitas?
