MR EXPRESS TRANSPORT SERVICES is seeking a dedicated MC Driver Linehaul to join our team at our Derrimut, Victoria facility.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our road transport operations.
As an MC Driver Linehaul, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods along established routes, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the high standards of service that our clients depend on.
This role is fundamental to our logistics operations and directly impacts our reputation and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesOperate a MC truck safely and efficiently along designated linehaul routesConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe working conditionTransport goods securely and professionally, adhering to all loading and unloading proceduresMaintain accurate logbooks and documentation in compliance with heavy vehicle regulationsAdhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulationsDeliver goods on time whilst maintaining vehicle and cargo securityCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route progress and any issuesPerform basic vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues immediatelyMaintain a professional demeanour and represent MR EXPRESS TRANSPORT SERVICES positivelyWhat we're looking forLinehaul change over driver from Derrimut to Nhill,Valid MC driver's licence with a current MC endorsementProven experience as a linehaul driver or similar long-distance driving roleFull understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL)
