We foster a learning culture that allows us to continually invest in our employees ensuring a long-term career here at EML.THE OPPORTUNITYJoin our Sydney Emergency Services team as a Case Manager, where you'll apply your health or client service experience in a recent and meaningful way.
You will manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, working closely with injured workers, employers, and health professionals to support safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
We are seeking candidates with a strong customer service background, ideally with exposure to Health Sciences, Allied Health, or Law.
While tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, transferable experience from clinical or client-facing environments will also be considered.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Sydney George Street office, with flexibility to work from home (up to three days from home) available from month three, subject to performance and approval.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESManage an end-to-end portfolio of workers' compensation claims involving both physical and psychological injuriesEstablish and maintain professional relationships with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providersUtilise your understanding of health, recovery, and rehabilitation to drive proactive case strategies and positive outcomesCollaborate with internal Injury Management Specialists to design and implement tailored return-to-work plansSupport and guide individuals throughout their recovery journey with a focus on empathy, communication, and outcome deliveryABOUT YOUA background in Health Sciences, Allied Health, or a related discipline,
