As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll play a key role in coordinating inventory, warehouse activities and the movement of goods while maintaining a safe, organised and high-performing workplace.
This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, drive operational excellence and collaborate with teams across the business to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day coordination of warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of goodsMonitor inventory levels,



manage stock replenishment and investigate stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracyCoordinate and participate in stocktakes, cycle counts and warehouse audits to ensure inventory integrityOversee returns, scrapping activities and warehouse compliance, ensuring all processes are completed safely and efficientlyLiaise with internal stakeholders, customers and service providers to coordinate the movement of goods and resolve operational issuesPromote a safe, clean and well-organised warehouse environment while supporting continuous improvement initiativesAssist the Warehouse Manager in achieving operational KPIs and driving team engagementWhat We Are Looking ForMust-have Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operationsMust-have Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and coordinate multiple activitiesMust-have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsMust-have Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracyMust-have Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of operational outcomesNice-to-have Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory roleNice-to-have Forklift licence and relevant warehousing certificationsNice-to-have Experience using SAP, WMS or similar warehouse management systemsNice-to-have Knowledge of inventory control, stock management and warehouse safety practicesOur BenefitsQuarterly Life Leave: one paid day each quarter to rechargePersonal development and career opportunitiesEmployee discountsAccess to a wide range of wellbeing programs, including annual flu vaccinations, Employee Assistance Program and holistic wellbeing supportExperience meaningful recognition for both individual accomplishments and team successesAbout MieleWhat does it take for a family-run company to become world market leader in the premium domestic appliance segment?
