We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our new Western Sydney Airport Branch on a full-time basis, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager NSW/ACT.
You'll complete comprehensive training at our Sydney Airport branch prior to opening, giving you the preparation and confidence to hit the ground running from day one.About Redspot Car RentalsRedspot Car Rentalsis an Australian owned and operated company of 30+ years which provides vehicle rental services to various sectors- including local business, government and tourism.

You will lead daily operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for achieving branch targets, leading and developing your team, managing key customer and supplier relationships, and improving branch operational efficiency and profitability.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage branch performance, budgets, and continuous business improvementLead employee recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance managementOversee customer service excellence and achievement of branch targets and deliverablesMaximise fleet utilisation and manage the branch vehicle fleetDrive local business development, marketing,

You will have the following skills and attributes:Demonstrated ability and experience in a leadership position in the retail or car rental industryA full and clean driver's licenceStrong customer experience focus with passion for delivering exceptional serviceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and peopleHighly organised, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in business development and local area marketingApply now and be part of our team!
