Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, in your role as Store Manager, you will assume the responsibility of achieving the store's financial targets and company key performance indicators, all while fostering a dynamic team empowered to surpass expectations.
What to expect on a day to day?
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues as they ariseCoach and develop team members in all aspects of their roleMonitor, review and manage store sales performance against targets,



driving improvements as requiredComplete rosters and manage store administration to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirementsEnsure all team members maintain strong product knowledge, store presentation, stock presentation and housekeeping standards
About You
Passion for, or experience in homewares highly regardedStrong interest or qualifications in interior design / decoration highly regardedStrong leadership skills with the ability coach and develop team membersExceptional customer focus, being passionate about the customer and the brand
