Roster: Mon-Fri 38-hour week Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months, depending on client requirements Pay Rate: $***** - $***** p/h + Super Please note that only people with relevant experience will be considered.The Role:This role will suit an experienced Field Service Technician, Security Technician or BMS Technician with strong fault finding, troubleshooting and maintenance experience across electronic security, BMS, control systems and facility-based technical environments.
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day service and maintenance across Honeywell and third-party equipment, responding to customer requests, diagnosing faults, completing repairs and supporting high-quality service delivery.
The role will involve working across Security / BMS head-end systems, including software configuration of EBI, DVM, ECAS, CCTV, IP intercoms and DDC control equipment.
You will also support site documentation, quality assurance information, subcontractor coordination, small to medium project installations, materials ordering and customer liaison.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Carry out day-to-day service and maintenance across Security,



BMS and electronic systemsDiagnose faults and complete repairs on Security / BMS head-end systemsComplete software configuration across EBI, DVM, ECAS, CCTV, IP intercoms and DDC control equipmentRespond promptly to customer requests and provide explicit follow-up communicationTroubleshoot site-based issues and implement practical technical solutionsAdminister and utilise facilities systems including Agility, SharePoint, Teams and contract management systemsDevelop and maintain site-specific documentation and quality assurance informationSupport small to medium project installations, including coordination of subcontractorsEstimate material costs and quantities and order parts as requiredManage critical spare parts stock levelsSupport scheduled maintenance tasks, reactive faults and site service objectivesEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, professionally and in line with site requirementsParticipate in site inspections, audits, HSE activities and risk assessments as requiredLiaise with clients, customers, subcontractors and internal teams to support high-quality service deliveryRequired Experience:Previous experience as a Security Technician, BMS Technician, Field Service Technician,



Electronics Technician or similarWA Security Installer Licence requiredACMA Open Cabler Registration requiredCertificate III in Electronics and Communications or relevant Trade Certificate highly regardedExperience fault finding and repairing electronic equipmentExperience with control systems, BMS and security systemsExperience with EBI products highly regardedStrong troubleshooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis skillsIntermediate to high computer skillsAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalCommitment to customer satisfaction and professional service deliveryStrong safety focus and ability to follow site-specific HSE processesAbility to work under pressure and manage competing prioritiesExperience working in facilities, commercial buildings, government, corrections, health, defence or critical infrastructure environments highly regardedWho we are At PERSOL , we connect people to meaningful work and growth.
