Prestige Inhome Care is seeking experienced Personal Care Attendants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients across Sydney's Northern Suburbs, including Neutral Bay, Mosman, Cremorne, Hunters Hill, Chatswood, Lindfield, Dee Why and surrounding areas.This role is ideal for a compassionate and skilled PCA who enjoys making a meaningful difference in clients' lives and has experience supporting clients with their daily living needs and personal care requirements.About the Role:As a Personal Care Attendant, you will support clients with their activities of daily living (ADLs), including:Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activitiesSupporting clients with showering, bathing, dressing and groomingToileting and continence managementProviding catheter and stoma bag care for male and female clientsSupporting clients living with dementia, including using appropriate strategies to respond to resistance to careAssisting with oral hygiene routinesMedication promptingSupporting clients with eating and drinkingAssisting with mobility aids and equipment tailored to individual client needsProviding companionship, emotional support and encouragementWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience working as a Personal Care Attendant in aged care, disability support, or home and community careConfidence providing personal care,



including catheter and stoma careExperience supporting clients living with dementia and knowledge of strategies to promote positive care outcomesA qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability Support, Nursing, or a related fieldA current driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle to travel between client appointmentsCurrent First Aid and CPR certificatesAn NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Flexibility and availability to work short-hour services across multiple locationsWhy Join Prestige?
