The current team is full of hardworking, energetic and committed people - and anyone recent joining the team needs to have these qualities.Reporting to the Parts Team Leader responsibilities include:Provide a professional experience including answering phones promptly, responding to email and CRM case management enquiriesThe ability to make outgoing phone calls to new and existing customersHandle technical support enquiry calls from customers and engage other employees to address questions when requiredERP customer order entry and ongoing managementQuotation management,
