This is a hands‐on maintenance role suited to mechanical tradespeople with strong experience across preventative, planned and corrective maintenance.
This is not a construction-focused position - we are specifically looking for people with a solid background in mechanical maintenance.About the RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out scheduled and preventative maintenance activities to ensure mechanical equipment and systems remain protected, reliable and operational.Key responsibilities will include:Completing planned and preventative mechanical maintenance activitiesCarrying out inspections, servicing,



repairs and fault findingDiagnosing mechanical issues and identifying appropriate repairsMaintaining mechanical equipment in accordance with maintenance schedules and proceduresSupporting breakdown and corrective maintenance activities as requiredCompleting maintenance documentation and reportingWorking safely and effectively as part of a wider maintenance teamFollowing site procedures, safety requirements and quality standardsAbout YouWe are looking for experienced Mechanical Technicians who have a genuine maintenance background.You will have:Mechanical trade qualificationDemonstrated experience in preventative and planned maintenancePrevious experience working in an industrial, heavy industry, energy, manufacturing or similar maintenance environmentStrong mechanical fault‐finding and troubleshooting skillsThe ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentationA strong commitment to safety and qualityAbility to work independently while also contributing effectively to a teamThis is a maintenance-focused position.
