About the roleOur reception team is the foundation of our business and plays an incredibly important role in the experience our clients and clinicians have with MPP.This is a full-time position, working across both our Birtinya & Sippy Downs locations.Your responsibilities will include:Providing warm, professional and responsive client serviceAnswering incoming calls and managing email correspondenceCompleting new client intakes and helping clients navigate the first steps in accessing psychological servicesManaging clinician diaries and appointmentsProcessing Medicare,



private health fund and third-party billingManaging medical reports and administrative correspondenceSupporting the smooth day-to-day running of our practicesBuilding solid working relationships with our psychologists and reception teamContributing to a positive, supportive and professional team cultureImportantly, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
As you develop your knowledge of MPP and our systems, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility within the reception team, including supporting and guiding other reception staff and helping maintain consistent reception processes and standards.About youYou'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in doing things well.
You're warm and approachable with clients, organised behind the scenes, and comfortable taking initiative when something needs to be done.If you have all or most of the below, we should talk!
