We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team in a casual Sales / Customer Service position.This is a varied role involving customer service, sales and assisting with the day-to-day running of our showroom.
Full training will be provided, including water testing, so no previous pool industry experience is required.ResponsibilitiesAssisting customers in-store with the sale of spas, pool chemicals, and related productsProviding friendly and helpful customer servicePerforming pool water testing and assisting customers with water chemistry advice — full training provided, no previous experience requiredAnswering customer enquiries and providing product informationPreparing quotes and processing salesAssisting with general showroom dutiesKeeping the showroom clean, organised and well presentedSupporting the team with general duties as requiredWhat We're Looking ForReliable,
