You'll manage support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensure our employees have the tools and support they need to succeed.You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners,
helping maintain a seamless technology experience across our national workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritise the day-to-day IT support queueProvide first-level support across hardware, software, connectivity and user access issuesTroubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS and mobile device issuesManage user accounts, permissions and licences across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra IDCoordinate technology onboarding and offboarding for employeesPrepare, issue and maintain laptops, mobile phones and technology assetsEscalate complex technical issues to external vendors and specialist providersMaintain accurate records, documentation and support proceduresAssist with IT projects, system enhancements and technology rolloutsSupport information security initiatives and technology compliance activitiesWhat We're Looking ForYou are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can confidently translate technical information into practical solutions for non-technical users.You'll bring:1-3 years' experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk or Service Desk roleExperience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePointKnowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, user account administration and licence managementStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, mobile devices and connectivity issuesExperience providing support remotely via phone, email and remote desktop toolsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsA proactive approach with robust follow-through and problem-solving abilities
