Conduct application discovery and dependencyanalysis to identify upstream/downstream system impacts and decommissioncandidates.3.
Define decommission strategy, technical approach,execution plan, rollback procedures,



and success criteria.4.
Coordinate migration and retirement of Kafkatopics, producers, consumers, integrations, and messaging workflows.5.
Lead data archival, retention, validation, andcompliance activities to ensure secure system retirement.6.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects,application owners, infrastructure teams, and vendors to drive decommissionactivities.7.
Oversee SIT, cutover and post-decommissionvalidation to ensure business continuity and zero critical impact.8.
