The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm plus overtime as required.
Your duties will include:To supervise the coordination of Transport vehicles, equipment and labour within the division to ensure the efficient, cost-effective and profitable completion of jobs in accordance with safety and environmental standards, customer expectations and performance targets.
Managing in consultation with Dispatch route performanceProvide and encourage effective communication throughout the business unit and Operations teamTo liaise with customers and coordinate resolution of issues arising in a timely and effective mannerTo promote and continuously apply personal safety, environmental and quality awareness in the workplaceEnsure that all drivers perform their duties in a safe,



competent and responsible manner and without risk to health, quality or to the environment.Assist in the development, implementation and/or modification of best practicesAdvise administration team to add new service lines for new waste streamsAssist in month end close procedures and reportingWhat You Will NeedDrivers Licence + reliable transportAble to pass a Drug and Alcohol screenWilling to undertake a police checkFatigue Management/ Chain of Responsibility experience or exposureStrong communication skills and ability to communicate effectivelyA solid focus on health and safetyHigh attention to detail and problem solving focusedWhats In It For You?
