The Y NSW is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to lead our popular Pilates classes at our Caringbah centre.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and engaging Pilates Instructor to deliver protected, effective and enjoyable classes for participants of varying fitness levels.
Class Times:
Mondays, 9:30am - 10:30amMondays, 10:30am - 11:30am
Key Responsibilities




Deliver high-quality Pilates classes in a welcoming and inclusive environmentAdapt exercises to suit a range of abilities and fitness levelsFoster participant engagement and build a strong community atmosphereEnsure all classes are conducted safely and in line with industry best practicesMaintain a professional and positive presence representing The Y NSW
About You
You will be:
A qualified Pilates Instructor (Mat Pilates certification preferred)Passionate about health, wellbeing and helping others achieve their fitness goalsConfident leading group fitness classesFriendly, reliable and professionalAble to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants
Essential Requirements
Relevant Pilates qualificationCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationWorking with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Public Liability Insurance (if applicable)
