We're looking for a motivated Transport Allocator to join our Retail Transport operation based in North Maclean, QLD.
In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping our transport network moving by managing allocations, planning routes and coordinating daily metropolitan deliveries.
This position operates Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing explicit instructions while fostering positive relationshipsMaintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance requirementsEnsure regular communication with customers, keeping them well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or any changes that may impact themParticipating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all timesAre you the one?

You can demonstrate:Experience in transport load planning, driver or fleet allocation is highly regardedIntermediate to advanced computer skills – experience with TMS is highly regardedStrong geographical knowledge of QLD metro and surrounding areasDemonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure, remaining organised and highly efficientExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat's in it for me?
