This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys working in large-scale hospitality environments, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and service to thousands of guests.About the RoleWorking across major event days, functions, corporate hospitality suites, and premium catering outlets, you will be part of a professional kitchen team responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality food service in a high-volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFood preparation and production for large-scale eventsAssisting chefs with daily kitchen operationsCarvery preparation and service experience essentialMeat slicing, portion control, and presentationVegetable preparation, salads, and cold larder dutiesMaintaining high food safety and hygiene standardsStock rotation and kitchen cleaning dutiesSupporting event-day service across multiple catering outletsAssisting with buffet, hospitality,
