Full time & Permanent roleFlexible location across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth and a national remit within LiveBigCoordinate and continuously improve national NDIS referral pathways, ensuring productive, compliant and client‐centred processes across allied health servicesAct as the central point of contact for referral and client enquiries, gathering and accurately documenting client information, therapy needs, goals and required consent/documentationBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, referral partners, clients and their families/carers to support access to and promotion of LiveBig servicesSupport CRM, business development, marketing and brand initiatives, representing LiveBig at meetings and events, identifying service gaps and opportunities for improvement in line with quality and compliance standardsWhy work for us?

Demonstrated experience in a customer or client services role within an NDIS‐focused or disability services organisationStrong working knowledge of allied health services, the disability and community sectors, and NDIS processes and compliance requirementsHighly developed customer service orientation with experience in service agreements and NDIS invoicing requirementsStrong communication, relationship‐building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to balance client advocacy and organisational prioritiesComfortable working in a fast‐paced, outcomes‐focused and team‐based environmentHold a current Australian driver's licence and have access to your own vehicleHolds (or is eligible to obtain) a valid Working With Children Check and National Police Check
