Medical Receptionist | Key Health - Multiple opportunities across SydneyKey Health Medical Practices is expanding, and we're looking for warm, reliable and professional Medical Receptionists to join our growing team across multiple locations.If you enjoy working in a quick paced healthcare environment where patient care and teamwork come first, we would love to hear from you.As a Medical Receptionist at Key Health, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and an important part of the care journey.
You will help ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice while delivering a welcoming and professional experience for every patient.There are opportunities to work across multiple sites for training, development and professional growth.Our permanent Medical Receptionists are given opportunities to work towards Senior Medical Receptionist or Management roles.Available locations and employment types:Key Health Pagewood – Full time or part time (min. 4 days)Onsite, undercover parkingClose to Westfield EastgardensFamily and community focusedKey Health CBD South – Full time or part timeCentrally and conveniently located above Museum Station across from leafy Hyde ParkExposure to a busy, fast paced environment offering GP services and occupational healthKey Health St Leonards – Full time or part timeNear Royal North Shore Hospital, walking distance to St Leonards Train Station and Crows Nest Metro StationKey responsibilitiesProviding friendly and professional customer service to patients, doctors and the wider clinical teamAnswering phone calls,



managing enquiries and booking appointmentsPatient check in, processing payments and handling front desk operationsGeneral administration including filing, emailing, faxing and correspondenceSupporting doctors, nurses and practice staff with daily administrative needsWorking closely with the reception team and Practice Manager to complete daily tasks accurately and on timeFollowing practice procedures for patient results, recalls and clinical administrationAssisting with patient triage and escalation of urgent matters where requiredMaintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception and clinic environmentEnsuring strict confidentiality and compliance with the Privacy Act ****Supporting additional tasks as directed by management or practice principalsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a medical reception or administrative role (preferred)Strong customer service skills and a patient focused approachConfident using Microsoft Windows, HotDoc and general office systemsAbility to work well in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow processesCalm, professional communication style, especially in busy or high pressure momentsWhy join Key HealthMultiple locations and flexible working arrangementsSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to grow within a respected and expanding medical groupMeaningful work where you make a real difference to patients every dayIf you are organised, people focused and thrive in a healthcare setting, we would love to hear from you.
