About the role
We are seeking a skilledFront-End Loaderto join our team at our Mittagong Quarry.
In this hands‐on role, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy machinery to support the efficient extraction and processing of high‐quality quarry materials.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain heavy equipment,



with a primary focus on front‐end loaderand excavator operationsConduct safe and effective excavation and material handling operationsPerform daily pre‐start checks and routine inspections to ensure plant and equipment are safe and operationalWork collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and quality standardsFollow all site safety procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines
What we're looking for
Experience operating Front‐End Loaders and excavatorsin a quarry, mining, or similar environmentExperience with Excavators is highly regardedSolid understanding of quarry operations and materials processingDemonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervisionStrong communication and teamwork skillsA commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
